For standard short-haul parcel dispatch (typically 1–14 days in transit), ECO Direct Thermal Paper (55gsm – 58gsm) is the most cost-effective choice. It delivers dark, crisp 1D and 2D barcodes without ribbon expenditure. However, if your shipments face cold-chain storage, outdoor transit, or high humidity, we recommend TOP Coated Direct Thermal Paper. The double-sided protective coating safeguards the thermal layer against water, alcohol, grease, and friction scratches during cross-docking operations.

Adhesive Formulations for Corrugated Boxes and Plastic Mailers

Substrate adhesion is crucial for logistics tracking. Standard permanent acrylic adhesive performs well on virgin cardboard. However, for recycled corrugated boxes, poly mailer bags, and stretch wrap film, our High-Tack Hot-Melt Permanent Adhesive provides instant initial grab and aggressive shear strength. For refrigerated or frozen cargo packaging, specialized Deep-Freeze Adhesives maintain initial tack at temperatures as low as -40°C.

Roll Formats and Printer Compatibility

Logistics labels must match your facility’s printing hardware seamlessly. Desktop thermal label printers (Zebra ZD220, Rollo, MUNBYN, Brother) typically require smaller roll outer diameters with 25mm or 38mm cores. Industrial printing systems (Zebra ZT411, Honeywell PM43, SATO) utilize large-diameter rolls with 76mm cores. We supply both roll formats as well as fan-fold stacked formats for continuous uninterrupted printing.
